Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your initial rental, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your storage unit must be surrendered and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your storage unit is surrendered and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive a check from our corporate office sent to the address that you have given to us within 30 days.
In the case of refunds on discounted or sale rentals, the full normal price for the time used will be deducted from the amount in the account and any remaining amount in the account will sent by check from the corporate office.
